Frying machine maintenance

Seven maintenance Fryer rule:

1, mechanical in operation first turn off the power before.

2, check the other parts of the machine have no loose or does not function properly.

3, power side clockwise to start (usually from rest to running about 40-60 seconds or so) without exception to work.

4, usually double-Chamber vacuum low-temperature frying equipment into buyers hands open drive after about 2 hours.

5, frying machine materials as much as possible be placed evenly. Maximum capacity shall not exceed the rated capacity of the frame.

6, the Fryer must be in service operations. So as not to shorten the service life of food machinery.

7, Overdrive phenomenon food machinery, mechanical abnormalities or when the running sound is wrong, should be immediately stopped machine.
